How to book
- Date availability - Please fill in our "Request a Date" enquiry form ensuring that you include your name, contact number, email address and the date you want to hold your PB Party. We will then contact you to confirm that we are available.

- Booking - Once we have received your Request a Date form, we will check our availability, we will then send you an email confirmation that the date is available. To secure and book the date you there will be a small non refundable deposit to pay; this can be done over the phone.
- Minimum booking - To host a party there is a minimum booking of 4 people or a minimum spend if £100 if there are less than 4 people attending. A destination fee may apply to locations further than 30 miles from our Rugby Town Centre location. You will be notified of the amount of this fee in advance
- Invitations - Send your official invitations out to all of your guests, you can include a treatment list so they can choose in advance what kind of treatment they want to receive.
- Paying the balance - The remainder of the balance is due on the night, however if there is more than 8 guests we do request payment 24 hours beforehand.
- The Party - Sit back, relax, and enjoy the party with your friends.
- Cancellations - Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance in order to receive a refund. Once your appointment date has been reserved we will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations or no-shows.
