Reflexology

Reflexology is a centuries old holistic therapy, based upon the relationship of the health of both body and mind, that if one is afflicted then the other will be too.

Your therapist will work with reflex points on the feet and hands which correspond to the inner organs in order to rebalance stresses and tensions.

Reflexology may help with

• Depression, stress and anxiety
• Chronic fatigue
• Migraines
• PMS and menopausal symptoms

Reflexology is suitable for most people but please ask for a consultation if you are unsure

You should not take this treatment if you are in the first three months of pregnancy. Please take advice from your GP if considering reflexology and you have high blood pressure, diabetes, thrombosis/blood clots, phlebitis, thyroid disease or foot injuries. Your therapist will also need to know if you have a pacemaker, kidney stones or gallstones.
