Free Prize Draw - Terms & Conditions

Please read this information carefully:

• This free prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over except for employees of Perfection, their families, agencies or any other company directly connected with the administration of this promotion, who complete registration on the www.perfection-beauty.com website by last day of the prize month. You do not need to buy anything to enter.
  
  
• Registration completion is based on the following information being provided: name, telephone number, home address and e-mail address. All registrations must be completed by the last day of the prize month, to be valid entries in the draw.
  
  
• Emailed confirmation of registration will ensure automatic entry into the prize draw. Should the registration be cancelled any time during the stated promotional period, the entry will be removed from the prize draw.
  
  
• Only one entry per household. Third party registrations will not be accepted.
  
  
• The draw will be made on the first working day of the following month.
  
  
• There is one prize (detailed on the Free Prize Draw Page) to be won.
  
  
• The winner will be drawn independently and at random from all valid entries received and will be notified by telephone within 72 hours of the actual draw date.
  
  
• No alternative prize is available and the prize is not transferable.
  
  
• For winner's details please send an email to: helen@perfection-beauty.com within 28 days of the draw date.
  
  
• The winner may be asked to participate in non paid publicity accompanying or resulting from this draw.
  
  
• The treatment will only be performed subject to a succesful consultation and no contra indictations, which would prevent us from performing the treatment.
  
  
• By entering the free prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in promotional material.
