There are 3 different time slots available. Early morning 8am-10am, Daytime 10am – 5.30pm, Evening 6pm – 8pm. Wherever possible, please try and make appointments at least a couple of weeks in advance so that we can fit you in at a time to suit you.
Please arrive promptly for your appointment. If you are running late please be courteous and call to let us know. We will allow a 10mins* leeway between appointments should this happen.
PLEASE NOTE:NO LEEWAY will be given for evening appointments – if you do not contact us to let us know you are running late the studio may be closed by the time you arrive.
Certain treatments require payment at time of booking appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of appointment time no refund will be given.
1b. Arriving for your appointment
Please try to allow 10 minutes at the start of your appointment time to allow for unexpected delays such as traffic holdups or finding suitable parking (remember, the John Barford car park opposite currently allows three hours for £1).
Appointment times are booked slightly longer than the time anticipated to perform the treatment so that you may relax and leave feeling refreshed - if you were late arriving then we may need to cut your treatment short in order to accomodate you and our later clients.
The Perfection Promise
Although we try our best to run our appointments on time, occasionally circumstances might leave us running a little late. If we are more than 20 minutes late in starting a treatment that you have arrived on time for, then by way of apology we will give you your treatment free of charge. If you are in for a series of treatments in that session, then the shortest will be given free.
2. Booking Courses of treatments
When booking courses of treatments full payment is required. Appointment times will be allocated for all of your treatments. Should you miss any of the appointments without 24 hours notice given, then that will count as a missed treatment and be taken from the course.
Perfection are not responsible for change in circumstance and therefore courses are non refundable and non transferable.
3. Payment types
Perfection accepts payment by Credit/Debit Card and Cash only. No cheques are accepted.
4. Airbrush Tanning
When booking an airbrush tan you must:
If you do not follow these instructions then Perfection can not be responsible for the end result of the tan when developed.
It is advised that you do not come into contact with water for a minimum of 5 hours after your tan. It is also advised that you do not go to bed for the first 5 hours after your tan. If you do then perfection can not be responsible for the end result of the tan when developed.
5. Children
Perfection Beauty does not currently cater specifically for children. Clients are kindly requested not to bring their children to the salon wherever possible. There are a number of potential hazards for inquisitive minds and whilst you are in treatment, you may not be able to keep an eye on them. Unfortunately we are not able to offer any childminding services.
Also, please consider our other clients who appreciate the time spent with us to relax, many of whom come to us to spend their 'me' time without the distractions of their own children.
6. Mobile telephones
For the comfort of our clients who wish to relax away from the sounds of phones and busy lives, we kindly request that all telephones and similar devices are switched off (or are put in silent mode if this is not possible) for the duration of your time in the salon.
7. Feedback
We always like to hear about your experiences with us. We will shortly be adding a feedback questionnaire to the website. In the meantime, comments are always welcomed either when we see you or via our contact form.
Of course, we prefer you to enjoy your experience with us, but in the event that you are unhappy with any treatment that you have received from Perfection please tell us immediately. If you do not tell us immediately then we must insist that you inform us within 24 hours of having the treatment by using our contact form. We will do our utmost to rectify any problem that you have encountered.
